The client

Commerz Real is a subsidiary of Commerzbank AG specializing in real asset investments. Its portfolio of funds includes the open-ended real estate fund hausInvest, which has been in existence since 1972. The fund invests in commercial real estate in prime locations around the world.

The job

The investor magazine “Reale Welten” was aimed at hausInvest investors and those interested in becoming investors from 2007 to 2017. With a circulation of 50,000 copies, it was primarily available in Commerzbank branches or used during customer consultations. The magazine was published twice a year. It provided behind-the-scenes insights into one of Germany’s largest real estate funds, explained current developments, and presented selected properties from the portfolio. We researched and wrote the content for both the print magazine and the website, which was relaunched in early 2015.
