The client

DeineDiakonie is one of the largest care service providers in the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region. It employs more than 1,200 staff in the fields of nursing care, support, counselling, and housekeeping. The name DeineDiakonie stands for the merger of Diakonie Gütersloh e.V. and DiakonieVerband Brackwede Gesellschaft für Kirche und Diakonie mbH. The latter has been a 100 percent legally independent subsidiary of Diakonie Gütersloh e.V. since 2019. Together, they form a Diaconal organization within the church district of Gütersloh.

With business areas including residential communities, diaconal care stations, as well as inpatient and day-care facilities in the districts of Gütersloh and Warendorf and in southern Bielefeld, DeineDiakonie provides a comprehensive, high-quality range of care services. In addition, it offers counselling and community services in the fields of family, youth, seniors, and migration.

The job

As a social service provider, DeineDiakonie fulfils an important societal role. AD HOC has been supporting this since 2012 – also on a strategic level. As a consulting lead agency, we translate key messages and concerns of the Diakonie into practical measures. In this way, we also reach the different target groups via social networks and the website of DeineDiakonie. Through local and regional media, church publications, etc., decision-makers in politics and administration regularly learn what is happening within the Diakonie. This is achieved through traditional press work, social media posts, reports, interviews, and specialist articles. Intensive research, close on-site support in text and image, and precise coordination with the client are a matter of course.

Since 2023, the Diakonie has appeared with a new corporate design (CD) in cooperation with Diakonie Brackwede. For this, we developed and designed a new joint logo. In addition, we implemented the new CD visually for advertisements, brochures, flyers, etc., ensuring a consistent external and internal appearance.
