Aletheia Personnel Services GmbH serves both companies and job seekers. The personnel service is primarily active in the metal, logistics, and electrical industries, as well as in food production and crafts.
The job
The market for personnel services is highly competitive. To be successful, Aletheia Personnel Services GmbH must stand out as a brand from its competitors. The goal was to translate the company’s core values—honesty and transparency—into a consistent corporate identity. In coordination with the client, and following a creative workshop, we developed the claim “Simple. Honest.” which, combined with an open design approach, clearly communicates these values. Based on this, we conceptualized and produced a corporate brochure aimed at companies in the region, communicating the company’s transformation externally. In parallel, the Aletheia website was modernized and adapted to the new corporate design.
