Since October 2023, Merle Schröder and Caio Carvalho have been part of our editorial team. We are excited about fresh ideas and new perspectives for both the agency and our clients.

Merle Schröder (27) supports us as a Junior Editor:

“Irgendwas mit Medien” – ideally journalism – has been my career goal from an early age. After various internships at newspapers and radio stations, a Bachelor’s degree in Media Production at TH OWL, and a traineeship in press and public relations at the IHK Ostwestfalen, I am now working at AD HOC. I am looking forward to exciting projects that I can contribute to and help implement!”

Caio Carvalho (32, right in the picture) is completing his traineeship with us:

“At the age of 13, I founded my own local newspaper in Brazil. I also worked for radio stations and newspapers as well as for the Spanish news agency EFE. For them, I also worked in Spain, where I completed my first master’s degree in ‘Agency Journalism’. Later, I obtained a second master’s degree in Germany in ‘International Media Studies’. I really enjoy learning languages, which has broadened my professional horizons. My further education has opened new paths for me to work in corporate communications. I am very much looking forward to this new professional challenge at AD HOC!”
