Climate footprint in job hunting: 81% of young Germans pay attention to it

More and more job applicants in Europe are paying attention to the climate footprint of their potential employers. This was found by the European Investment Bank (EIB).
In Germany, 56% of respondents consider it important that their future employer is committed to sustainability.
Among 20- to 29-year-olds, as many as 81% say this aspect is important to them. For one in five young people (18%), the climate impact is the top priority when choosing a job.
